Ravaioli Legnami and Aeterno Floors are alongside the Ravenna Runners Club also at the 2023 edition of the Ravenna City of Art Marathon. This Club deals with the organisation of this great international event and represents one of the excellences of the area. Inside the Expo Village of the Ravenna Marathon, set up at the Pala De Andrè, the thousands of visitors who pass through the corridors of the exhibition structure to collect their race bib or confirm their registration for the event will find a relaxation area and meeting set up with Ravaioli and Aeterno material which will serve as a space for debates and presentations of the main events of this weekend.
The 2023 edition of the Ravenna Marathon will then have the City Darsena as one of its focal points of attention, where runners and walkers will pass and where the pedestrian walkway that runs alongside the Candiano canal is currently being completed, in the internal area of the vast port of Ravenna. It is a very long walkway in Ipè wood supplied by Ravaioli Legnami, an exotic essence with characteristics perfectly compatible with environments characterized by high humidity such as a port dock. The walkway – the second section of which is being completed – connects the heart of the city of Ravenna, from the area behind the train station, to the mobile bridge near the Pala De Andrè. This is the heart of a project for the regeneration of urban spaces which is leading the Darsena to take on a new image, a more modern and welcoming style.
