Today, Piazza D’Annunzio, the square in front of Padenghe sul Garda’s town hall, is a raised area surrounded by trees, walkways, and spaces where events and the local market take place.
It was redeveloped to recover existing areas and provide the locals with much-needed social space.
The whole square, including the urban furniture, the difference in level, and benches, was clad with Ipè wood installed with visible screws to ensure beauty, stability, and durability. Wood combined with glass parapets and vases with plants and flowers, the difference in level compared to the road, and the dimensions of the square make this place ideal for peaceful strolls and relaxing moments.
