This residential complex near Bologna includes various low-energy housing units.
Valstar, the construction company, chose Ravaioli Legnami’s materials for the outdoors: Thermo-treated Pine with a special aged-effect finish was used for the fences delimiting the residential complex and dividing the single housing units. WPC Deluxe was used for the outdoor flooring and walkways; pre-oiled Garapa installed with concealed milling was used for cladding some specific areas.

The Thermo-treated Pine deck boards with their aged effect and the WPC Deluxe deck boards acquired a similar colour.
Moreover, this finish reduces the need for future maintenance.
